Eric Church Birmingham Concert reviews
Concert awesome!. Vivint Arena awesome! Website not
Loved the show. Loved the arena and the people running it. Ticketmaster website kind of sucks! A friend gave me her ticket the same day as show cuz she got sick. She tried to transfer it via online but it would not let me accept it. I kept getting an error message and all it said was oops, something went wrong… That is not very helpful. I tried to find a phone number to call, couldn’t. I was finally able to find a place to send an email which seem to be my only option. The automatic reply said we’ll get back to you in 24–48 hours … That doesn’t work when the concert is in five hours. After trying about 15 times I was finally able to accept the tickets. Late the next day I get a response that just explained the normal procedure to accept tickets. It wasn’t anything to do with the fact that I could not just accept the ticket in the normal procedure. So, yeah, Ticketmaster kind of sucks.
